Wicked Gear is proud to announce their participation starting tomorrow in the Black and Blue Fair: Fashion for Mental Health Awareness. The fair will take place between June 4 to July 3, 2010.

Throughout June, a selection of your favorite designers, including Wicked Gear, will be presenting brand new and exclusive items only available at the fair and nowhere else (at least until the fair is over). Accessories, clothing, hair, skins and more, the fair will have it all.

The purpose of the fair is to de-stigmatise mental health issues. There are many people in Second Life that have unhappy "real lives" for whatever reason. Some of them are unwell, disabled, depressed and other people are just lonely or don't like who they think they are, but no one is alone is Second Life and everyone can be themselves. So don't let it beat you black and blue....couture can help.

A highly sexy dress with amazing visuals, this ensemble comes in two pieces. I am all for a sexy dress, but when I can pair the parts with other outfits...outstanding. Disco Ball Style

Welcome to Hotness on the Dance Floor. Okay, so not just the dance floor, but when I first saw this new release from the masterminds at Wicked Gear, the song Shiny Disco Balls popped into my head and my booty started shaking for some reason. Guess it is like Pavlov's Dogs....I am trained to love me some good club clothing...and when I see it, my instinct to move kicks in.

With that said, I share with you the Glo Mesh Metallic Booty Shorts and Bra Tops. Have you seen a clothing item in SL that actual glimmers when you wear it? I put the silver set on, and I actually was glimmering...yep..my own person disco ball and I loved it. These sets in silver and gold metallic gold mesh look amazing. If you don't remember the 70's or 80's glo mesh surge, it is a "metallic" material made up of teeny tiny squares of metal linked together. So after long hours of hand drawing these suckers, they are finally ready for you to snap up!

The top is well constructed, so you do not get that annoying distortion of the texture stretching over your chest. The criss cross design on the front of the top is sultry and sexy and is one layer, so no prims to adjust, just throw it on and go. The booty shorts are fabolous...and they do just as advertised....show off that booty!

The bottom and top can be worn together or in so many ways with already existing pieces in your wardrobe. I threw the top on with a mini skirt and wore the booty shorts with another silver top I had. The possibilities are endless. This is just a great set to add to your life.

Accenting With Hardware

One sometimes isn't a lonely number. Welcome again to the Wicked Gear Hardware Store, get your cart and get ready to roll, cause this edition is HAWT!

My number one annoyance with multiple facial piercings is when I have to wear each seperately. Pain in the arse and a time suck getting them all on. Well now, one...that is right one time to attach and you have multiple facial piercings at your fingers tips. Drumroll please.....Wicked Gear Facial Hardware.

Double lip piercings...yep got that. Eyebrow piercing...check. Nose ring....oh yeah it has that too. All this set is missing the kitchen sink....but let's not go giving the creative forces any ideas. You've seen all the rest, now get with the best.

Welcome to the love Wicked Gear peeps. There is much to rejoice about coming from the design gurus this week, so let's get down to business.

Like most things in life, if you like or love something, more is better then one....don't you agree. You find that favorite shirt that you can't live without, you get it in all of your favorite colors. Well the same can be said for jewelry....and take a good look at this...you ready?

I bring you happiness and joy in multiples.....Wicked Gear Ear Hardware. I bet you made the OOOOOOH and AHHHH and OMG I gotta have that in my life sounds. I sure did, and a few other sounds I can't discuss on a public blog, but you get the picture.

Earrings, ear cuffs with connected chain and ear stud all in one......put me in ground already, I'm dying. There are outfits and lifestyles that are screaming for these, and Wicked Gear delivers full force.

There is nothing better then shedding the winter clothing and boots after cold weather, and baby has spring arrived at Wicked Gear. I don't know about you, but I love a man showing some skin and the new WG Mens Griffin Outfit gives me the hot views I crave.

A man in a tank top that shows off the well developed muscles makes me melt. Adding the scarf as an accessory shows flair and daring, and who doesn't love a man that explores different avenues. At least to me it is! As a DJ myself and as well as the creator Sofia Diage, we love music and a good deejay or deejane rocks our world. That is why I love the new tank tops at Wicked Gear. So as I got re-acclimated to being back on the grid, I found new viewers (um...no), new features (can we fix our old problems on the grid first please?) and most important... A NEW HOME!!! That's right folks!! Wicked Gear FINALLY has its own sim...and it's so puuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrtee!! Yup yup!!

This lovely megaplex is the NEW Wicked Gear Sim. With a clean and open atmosphere, this AWESOME fountain (catnaps commenceth in the water at noon...mhmm) and this handy dandy teleporting system will make finding all of our favorite Wicked Gear fashions much easier. The Black Label Series is HERE!! Jeans at L$225 and shirts at L$125, this new series of denim is HOT!! Sculpted legs and collars on the shirts do more than just make a man look good! Decals on the pecs (*drooooooools at the hot model*) of this series that are subtle but very nice to look at like the joker, the tribal markings and the Undead give both the jeans and the shirts a more trendy look with just enough of that grungy/dark type of appeal that will make even the most non-trendy chap go "hmm...." Leather...really not much to say outside of it feels good between the fingers, glides on smooth and makes every curve...go POW!

I know I know...two posts back to back? What can I say...I didn't want you to miss out on the new stuff!

Alright. So technically...everything in there is seemingly new, but you have GOT to come down and check out some of the yummies that have been making their rounds around the grid as well as our new stock of cute lil dresses for the ladies!

My favorite piece at the moment is the Cira...which I aptly named ... the THUD dress. Why you ask? Well...when the Alex popped in to show me WG's newest creation, before me stood a sleek mini and I was talking to her. She turned and this was how the sentence came out: Wow!! That's a nice, elegant *Alex turned* oh my damn that is HAWT! What the hell do you have on?? I wants. Daaaaaaaaaaamn...*THUD*. Yes folks...the dress made me THUD. Hence its title. At first glance...aka frontal approach, you see a sleek high Mandarin-collared elegant mini dress....but as you turrrrnn... *takes a breath remembering the first time she saw this dress* you have a fully laced back. When I say fully laced I mean from the collar to crotch folks! Like...woah. I have not seen anything like this on the grid...like EVER!! And I've been here a while...SHOPPING! At $300L it's a steal...come on down and get it! Currently available (on all layers) in: red, pink, jade (pictured), black, blue, bronze and my personal favorite purple. *wiggles eyebrows*

Next on deck is a classicly awesome set of jeans...

Introducing the low rider jeans for men (aka the "[I stole my] Boyfriend's jeans" for women). These jeans...wow...these jeans. Ok...so let me backpeddle a moment. I am usually not a fan of lowriders. But THESE JEANS made me fans. I saw the model in these and had to adjust my glasses (so to speak) as those buns looks SO GOOD I almost had to remember who they belonged to in order to keep from pinching LOL. Available for women as the "Boyfriend Jeans" this pair comes in: white, faded, black and blue. Available as both a pant and underwear layer, you can swap the two out if you're more inclined to wear boots and tuck your legs in or...wear the prim cuffs and let them fall over your shoes. Either way, the hip-hugging, booty showcasing jeans spell E-P-I-C W-I-N.

Last but most certainly not least is the newest addition to the Wicked Gear collection: WG's Micro Mini Dress!!

Our lovely model is wearing the mess out of this hot little number. Available in red, cafe, blue, black, aqua, antique brass, white, purple and a very yummy shade of pink, this dress is a MUST HAVE to any ladies collection. The bonus? It comes with its own matching prim belt! Oooh la la *swooon*. Now...I'm all about showing a little leg and this haltered mini pulls it off in a way that not only looks sleek, but also can be worn over jeans or shorts or....just by itself. Welcome to the Wicked Gear Blog!! We have been up and running in Second Life since around about August, so ... sorry for the late intro, but hiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.
